Refund policy
At EDNcosmetics, every moisturizer is handcrafted in small batches. For reasons of hygiene and product safety, we cannot accept returns or offer cash refunds once an order has been dispatched.
Store credit instead of refunds — If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Where we agree a resolution is due, we issue store credit as a store voucher rather than a cash refund. Vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issue, can be used on any order on our website, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be extended or reinstated once expired.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items — If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you have a right to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo and a short description of the issue, and we'll put it right. (Store vouchers above apply to change-of-mind requests, not to your statutory rights for faulty goods.)
Opened items — As our products are cosmetics applied to the skin, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Your statutory rights — Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
